What are Puffy mattresses made from?

Puffy mattresses arrived at your door, compressed in a box for your convenience. Once you remove the mattress from the box, you'll need to give it at least two hours to fully expand before you sleep on it. 

The shipping is free, unless you live in Hawaii or Alaska, so you won't have extra costs to worry about. If you have an old mattress, Puffy won't remove it for you. But you do have the option of donating it elsewhere or disposing of it.

Puffy Warranties

Puffy offers a lifetime warranty on their mattresses, which covers material defects and workmanship. The warranty won't cover any mattresses that have been burned, misused, abused, or damaged by improper use. 

The warranty will cover any visible indention or sagging that's more than 1.5 inches. The weight limit for a Puffy mattress is 350 pounds per side, which is something to be aware of when looking at how much your mattress is sagging and whether the warranty will cover it. 

The sagging also won't be covered if your mattress has been used on an improper base, such as one that has slats that are wider than four inches apart.
