Do you have to sign a contract to use Visible?

With Visible, there are no long-term contracts to sign. Unlike many other mobile cell phone plans, you won't have to sign an annual contract with Visible.

Are roaming and long-distance services included?

While the standard Visible plan doesn't include roaming when you're out of network, long-distance phone calls are covered. You'll have unlimited calling to both Canada and Mexico, as well as around the United States. The Visible+ plan not only offers unlimited talk and text to Canada and Mexico but unlimited talk and text within Canada and Mexico. Additionally, Visible+ offers international calling from the US to 30+ countries and international texting from the US to 200+ companies.

Will you need a contract with a different cell phone company to use Visible, or will Visible provide both the phone and the service?

With Visible, you can either bring your own phone with you or you can buy a new one. If you opt to buy one through Visible, you can use Affirm financing as long as you qualify. So, if you need a new phone, Visible can provide it as well as the service.

Will you be charged for 9-1-1 calls?

If you face an emergency, you'll be able to seek help at no extra cost if you choose Visible for your mobile cell phone plan. 911 calls will not cost any additional money with Visible.
