You can also upgrade to the EveryPlate premium meal for an additional $3.99 per serving. The total cost of your meal kit depends on the type of meals and the quantity you choose.

Does someone need to be home when my EveryPlate box is delivered?

When placing your order on the EveryPlate website, you can mention specific delivery instructions for your meal kit. EveryPlate meal kits are usually delivered between 8 am and 8 pm, however, in case you are not home, the box can be dropped off at your door with no signature required.

What type of packaging do EveryPlate meals come in? 

All EveryPlate meal kits are delivered in boxes with insulated liners, ice packs, and cooling material to ensure that all the ingredients remain fresh for up to 48 hours. EveryPlate also adjusts its packaging according to the seasons to retain quality and freshness. Additionally, all the EveryPlate meal boxes and separators are 100% recyclable.

Is EveryPlate shipping free?

Shipping is not included with the meal delivery plans offered by EveryPlate. The current shipping cost for all meal plans is $9.99, which applies only once per week. Once shipped, EveryPlate will email you a tracking link to check the status of your meal kit delivery.

How can I pause or cancel my EveryPlate subscription?

EveryPlate allows you to pause or skip orders up to 5 days before your delivery is scheduled with the option of skipping as many as 4 weeks. Simply go to ‘My Menu’, select ‘Edit Delivery’, and then click on the ‘Skip Week’ option to make the desired changes.

You can also deactivate your EveryPlate account to cancel your plan - just make sure you do so 5 days prior to your last delivery to avoid getting charged for another box.

What is the EveryPlate refund policy? 

EveryPlate charges you for your first box once you checkout. For all other boxes, you will be charged 4 days before your meal delivery is scheduled. You can always modify, skip, or cancel your delivery at any time before 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
