Is a Puffy mattress firm or soft?

• Luxury Plush: The Puffy Monarch Hybrid Mattress is a great option for those who want a deeply cushioned, cloud-like feel. Hand-tufted with alpaca wool and responsive latex, it offers advanced cooling and full-body pressure relief for a noticeably plush sleep experience. 

• Ultra Plush: The Puffy Royal is a good fit for those who prefer a softer touch with enough support and pressure relief while they are sleeping. Side sleepers will find this mattress exceptionally comfortable because it will be gentle on their hips and shoulders when they are sleeping. Underweight sleepers will appreciate the softness of this mattress, and they'll be able to sink into it more than they would a firmer mattress, so they get that body-hugging sensation throughout the night. 

• Medium-Plush: The Puffy Lux offers the best of both worlds -- a softer feel with some underlying support. • Medium-Firm: Medium-firm mattresses won't have as much of a luxurious feel, but some people love that about them. Dedicated stomach sleepers should find that the Puffy Cloud, with its medium-firm feel, suits them well. Does Puffy provide back support?

With the added coils in the Puffy Legacy, Monarch, Royal and Lux, customers will have more back support than they will in the memory foam-only Puffy Cloud. The added layers of the hybrid designs also contribute to the extra back support.

Puffy mattresses are assembled in the U.S., using quality materials. The Puffy Cloud is made of all memory foam, while the Lux, Royal, Monarch, and Legacy are hybrids that use both memory foam and coils. The Puffy Cloud is made of six layers, while the Lux has 8 layers. The Royal has ten layers, which gives it an ultra-plush feel. The Monarch has 12 layers, while the Legacy has 14 layers for ultimate plushness.

What are Puffy mattresses made from? 

Puffy mattresses use cooling gel, foam, and reflexive memory foam for superior body contouring. The Comfort Quilt Fiber Layer features heat-resistant fibers that enhance cushioning and airflow. In addition to the high-density foam, the Lux, Royal, Monarch, and Legacy mattresses also include the use of pocketed coils for airflow, stability, and support. The Monarch also features alpaca wool and a responsive latex layer for advanced cooling and moisture control, while the Legacy is hand-tufted with cashmere wool, horsehair, and Talalay latex for exceptional airflow and temperature regulation.

Does the Puffy mattresses come in a box?

Puffy mattresses are delivered to your door in a box. They've been compressed for easier shipping and to help you easily move your mattress to your bedroom.

Does Puffy need a special foundation?

Unlike some mattresses, Puffy mattresses are highly versatile when it comes to what kind of base they require. They can be placed upon box springs, slatted frames that are no more than four inches apart, platforms, and even adjustable bases. Those who have minimalist room designs may be happy to know that Puffy mattresses can even work well when placed directly on the floor. Since Puffy mattresses can be used on so many different types of bases, that gives you quite a bit of freedom to arrange your room however you see fit. In addition, Puffy offers a lifetime warranty on their mattress that protects you from defects in materials and workmanship. Some mattress companies will void the warranty if you don't comply with their sometimes rigid base requirements. But since Puffy mattresses can even be placed on the floor, it will be easy to adhere to their warranty coverage requirements. The warranty simply requires the mattress to be used on an appropriately sized and suitable base or floor.

Caring for your Puffy mattress 

Puffy mattresses are super simple to care for because they don't require any work on your part. You shouldn't flip them over, and Puffy says you can rotate them 180 degrees only if you want to. It isn't a requirement though. Puffy mattresses are made with easy maintenance in mind and can be spot-cleaned with cold water and a mild detergent to keep your mattress fresh all year round.

Puffy Delivery

Puffy mattresses arrived at your door, compressed in a box for your convenience. Once you remove the mattress from the box, you'll need to give it at least two hours to fully expand before you sleep on it. The shipping is free across all 50 US states, so you won't have any extra costs to worry about. If you have an old mattress, Puffy won't remove it for you. But you do have the option of donating it elsewhere or disposing of it.

Puffy Return Policy

It's important to find a mattress that works well for you since the average person sleeps up to one-third of their life. You don't want to be stuck trying to sleep on a mattress that causes you pain or isn't a good fit for your body type or sleeping style. Puffy wants you to find the best mattress for your needs, so you'll always feel well rested in the morning. They give clear-cut instructions on their website about which of their mattresses will work best for each style of sleeper and which ones offer the most cooling, comfort, and support. That will help you choose your mattress model wisely. To help you find the mattress of your dreams and to give you a risk-free way to try one of their mattresses, Puffy gives their customers a 365-night sleep trial, which gives you plenty of time to decide if your new mattress will work for you. They're confident you'll enjoy your new mattress, but they also recognize that buying a mattress online without trying it can be a gamble. To ensure that you're fully satisfied, if you decide to return your mattress within the 365-night sleep trial, you'll be able to return it for free with no penalties. When you alert them that you intend to return your mattress, Puffy will schedule the return and arrange for a charity donation of the mattress since they won't sell a used mattress to another customer. After the pick-up, you'll be issued a full refund. You also won't be required to pay any shipping charges when you return a Puffy mattress. If you've received any free accessories with your mattress, like sheets, pillows, or a mattress protector, you can keep them or donate them. If you decide to keep them, the value of those items won't be deducted from your refund. Puffy makes it easy and risk-free to try their mattresses, with no hidden charges if their product doesn't work for you.

Puffy Financing Options

Buying a new mattress can be expensive. To help you shoulder the cost, Puffy offers financing through Affirm. If you have a great credit score, you may qualify for mattress financing that is as low as zero percent APR. Puffy Warranties

Puffy offers a lifetime warranty on their mattresses, which covers material defects and workmanship. The warranty won't cover any mattresses that have been burned, misused, abused, or damaged by improper use. The warranty will cover any visible indention or sagging that's more than 1.5 inches. The warranty also requires the mattress to be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or floor. Sagging resulting from use on an unsuitable base is not covered.
