How it Works

Splendid Spoon’s meals come in three different types: breakfast smoothies, grain bowls, and soups. They also offer a “reset”, which is a soup that’s high in anti-inflammatory ingredients and designed to rejuvenate your digestive system. You can choose from three different weekly plans:

• Lunch: This plan comes with 5 bowls (either grain or soup), and costs $65 per week. That works out to $13 per meal.
• Breakfast + Lunch: This plan comes with 5 bowls and 5 smoothies. It costs $95 per week, or $9.50 per meal.
• Breakfast + Lunch + Reset: This plan offers the best value and costs $135 per week (that’s $9.00 per meal). It includes 5 bowls, 5 smoothies, and 5 resets per week.

Once you’ve chosen a plan, you can choose deliveries either on Wednesdays or Fridays. You can also let Splendid Spoon know about any allergies or avoidances you may have. By default, you’ll receive Splendid Spoon’s preplanned weekly menu, with adjustments for any allergies or avoidances. Once you’ve subscribed, you can choose your own menu if you like.
