All you need to do is remove the food and sauces from the container and place them in a microwave-safe dish. You can then cover the dish, heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes, and enjoy your chef-cooked Freshly meal.

How long will it take to prepare a Freshly meal?

Freshly meals do not require any prep time and typically take 3 minutes to heat in the microwave. You can simply follow the heating instructions on the back of your meal, peel back the film in one corner, and place it in the microwave.

You can also heat your meal in an oven - place your food in an oven-safe dish, cover it with tin foil, and heat for around 25 to 35 minutes.

How long can I store my Freshly meals in the freezer/fridge before I eat them?

Freshly meal packages remain fresh and cool for the 2 days of shipping along with 12 hours of waiting at your door. They can easily be refrigerated for 3 to 5 days and it is recommended that you consume your meals within this timespan.

However, if you plan to eat your Freshly meals later, you can keep them in the freezer for extended storage.

Does someone need to be home when my Freshly box is delivered?

You do not need to be home to accept your Freshly meal delivery. If you are not home when Freshly delivers your food, the delivery partner will leave your order at your door with no signature needed.

What type of packaging do Freshly meals come in? 

All Freshly meals come in Go-Green plastic containers that are BPA-free and microwave-safe. The meals are kept cool with the help of recycled denim insulation and non-toxic gel packs and sealed tightly using a light plastic coating.

The weight and dimensions of each meal box vary depending on the number of meals you order for delivery.

Is Freshly shipping free?

Freshly does not offer free shipping and the shipping cost of your delivery depends on the number of meals you order. If you order between 4 and 9 meals per week your shipping cost will be $9.99. On the other hand, for 10 or 11 meals the shipping cost increases to $10.99, and for 12 meals you would be charged $11.99.

How can I pause or cancel my Freshly subscription?

Freshly allows you to skip your order up to 3 weeks ahead of time. You can simply sign in to your account, go to your order and click on the ‘Skip Week’ button, however, you must ensure to make any changes before your deadline.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time and reactivate your account when you would like to rejoin. To cancel, you will need to answer a couple of questions after which you will receive a confirmation email from Freshly.

What is the Freshly refund policy? 

If you have canceled an order and requested a refund, Freshly will send you a confirmation email and process your refund which could take anywhere between 3 and 10 days depending on your bank.
