Does Nectar need a special foundation?

Because the Nectar mattress is an all-foam mattress, you don't necessarily have to use the mattress with a foundation. However, if you decide to place the mattress directly on the floor, you'll cut off airflow, and thus increase the risk of your Nectar mattress developing mildew. So, if you decide to pivot and use a foundation with your Nectar mattress, you can use the mattress with any foundation.

Caring for your Nectar mattress 

Should you have to clean up any spills or light accidents on your Nectar mattress it's advised that you spot clean the mattress cover as soon as possible with a damp cloth, mild detergent, or hand soap, while making sure to not let the liquid penetrate the underlying foam layers. For deeper stains, a spot cleaner or cleaning device may work, but it's not recommended that you remove the mattress cover. The moment you remove the mattress cover, all warranties are voided. To avoid a stressful cleanup process it's recommended that you invest in a stain and water-resistant mattress protector.

Nectar Return Policy

It's free of charge to return your Nectar mattress. Traditional exchanges of your Nectar mattress are handled through the process of you returning your original Nectar mattress through the returns process.
