Shopping Experience:

The 4inkjets site is easy to navigate. Simply type in the make and model of your printer and you'll immediately land on a page with the appropriate products. If you scroll over the "Bundle Breakdown" on the product information page you'll see exactly what items are included in your bundle.

Purchase & Checkout:

After you add the product to your cart, make sure to fill in that tantalizing and empty "coupon code" box for an extra discount. If you can't find one on their website, take a trip over to TheCoupon.co to see the latest coupons and promo codes.

When you go to checkout you've got a lot of information to fill out - but don't worry, it's all worth it so that you can get your ink in the end. It's a very seamless page, and you can choose to check the box that your Billing Address and Shipping Address are the same (if applicable) to save yourself some time.

A fantastic value add from 4inkjets is that they offer free standard shipping on every order in the contiguous United States. We certainly like the $0 shipping cost despite our low order size. You're given a final chance to review your order, include the line items for discount and shipping & handling.

Once your order is complete you'll get a confirmation screen on 4inkjets, which is quickly followed up by an email in your inbox, with your full order details for your records.

If for any reason you don't receive an email within a minute or two be sure to check your Spam folder. We received our order confirmation, and less than a day later we received our shipping confirmation. We placed the order on a Monday, and it arrived only three days later, on Thursday. That's a quick turnaround time, especially when the shipping option selected was free!

Delivery & Unboxing:

The order arrived (promptly) in a padded, yellow envelope, branded with the parent company of 4inkjets. The yellow, black, and magenta cartridges all came in matching red boxes, from the same manufacturer. The cyan cartridge was the sole cartridge branded by LD Products, matching the product image during the purchase process.

The beauty of compatible ink cartridges is it doesn't much matter what they look like on the outside. If you're interested, though, here's what the cartridges looked like once they were out of their boxes.

The cartridges are all vacuum sealed, for maximum product quality. After installing them in the printer we've seen no issues with the quality of the printing.

Final Score:

Overall 4inkjets does a good job of guiding the consumer through the purchase process. Offering coupon codes for extra discounts, and free shipping on any order, makes them the logical choice for purchases, both large and small. They do also carry cables, refill kits, paper, and printers, so they're a good place to look for general office supplies.
